Pioneering Wellness Programs take place June 10-13, 2022
Sun Valley Wellness Festival (SVWF) has been on the forefront of the wellness movement for decades and its pioneering wellness programs have made a positive impact on thousands of individuals as well as the global and local community. The Festival will celebrate its milestone 25th anniversary June 10-13, 2022, in Ketchum, Idaho, with a theme of “Coming Home”, to explore how social health and well-being define the foundation of our collective wellness, illuminating what it really means to be a community.
Building on its history of highlighting inspired thought leaders, the 2022 Sun ValleyWellness Festival will feature over 30 pioneering presentations and workshops from leading wellness experts in fields including psychotherapy, plant-based medicine and nutrition, anxiety and mental health, yoga, mindfulness and more. The Sun Valley Wellness Festival Celebrates 25 Years will also offer a free outdoor Experience Park featuring vendors, music, food, and movement and yoga classes, as well as unique guided outdoor wellness adventures such as holistic hiking and mountain meditations.
According to Geneal Thompson, Sun Valley Wellness Board President, “Our 25thanniversary event will honor both the past and the future while grounded in the present moment. The lineup of our speakers is exceptional, and these renowned experts will address a variety of timely, leading-edge topics. Many new elements have been added to the event this year, including topical dinners, receptions, and gatherings with our speakers for Festival passholders to foster increased community and connection. We are excited to present a weekend that will be an invigorating and inspiring celebration of health and wellness for all.”
Festival Passes, for both in-person attendance and ‘Virtual SVWF Experience’ options, are available at www.sunvalleywellness.org. Passholders will have full access to all online session content through July 31, 2022. Individual tickets for the Sun Valley Wellness Festival speaker presentations will be offered if space is available. Special lodging rates are being offered by the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum, the 2022 SVWF Headquarters.
Sun Valley Wellness Festival: 2022 Wellness Program Content
The Sun Valley Wellness Festival has long been known for bringing the best minds together to address leading-edge wellness topics and this year is no exception. The 2022 SVWF speakers will each address important current wellness research within their area of expertise including anxiety and mental health, psychedelic assisted therapy, meditation, and mindfulness, curing chronic illness through detox gut repair, plant-based healing, shame and recovery, financial wellness, intimacy, trauma therapy, astrological insights, and spiritual transformation. Speaker sessions will be held at the Argyros Performing Arts Center and the Limelight Hotel in downtown Ketchum.

Wellness Experience Park and Outdoor Wellness Adventures
This free public experience, held outdoors in Festival Meadows in Sun Valley, has a chill vibe and features Festival Opening and Closing ceremonies, movement & mindfulness classes, music, a variety of carefully curated wellness products, hands-on wellness practitioners, healthy food vendors and a large, custom designed labyrinth that the public can use for mediation and reflection.
The Festival will also offer several guided small group outdoor wellness adventures in the beautiful natural mountain environment of the Sun Valley area including holistic hiking and mountain meditations.
